- Legacy Granite and Marble reserve the right to determine the placement of joints in stone tops based on manufacturing and installation guidelines.
- The success and adherence of joints are not guaranteed, as the bonding process involves the use of polymer resin.
- Legacy Granite and Marble will follow the fabrication guidelines provided by the stone suppliers to ensure safe and secure installation.
- Vein matching may not always be possible due to limitations in cutting and fabrication, as well as material yield constraints.
- Offcuts remain the property of Legacy Granite and Marble due to safety regulations and the need for specialized machinery for processing.
- Offcuts will not be stored for more than 30 days after completion of the project.
- Payment terms require a 50% to 70% deposit, with full payment required before the material is released from Legacy Granite and Marble premises.
- Clients are welcome to visit and witness the progress of their stone manufacturing by booking an appointment.
- It is the customer's responsibility to request a CAD drawing for measurements and overhangs, ensuring clear understanding of sink positions and other detailed measurements.
- Customers are encouraged to inspect natural slabs for defects and provide specific cutout instructions before cutting, as manufacturing is done by machines and may not consider aesthetics.
- Reconstituted stone products are man-made, and inconsistencies may occur. Customers are advised to inspect samples and full slabs before cutting, as no refunds or returns can be accepted once the slab is cut.
- Warranty for the stone products is provided by the respective stone supplier (e.g., Caesarstone, Smartstone, Stone Ambassador). Customers are encouraged to research and select their preferred product via email.
Please carefully review and understand these terms and conditions before engaging in any transactions with Legacy Granite and Marble.
